Write macro to fill body of the text automatically

Hello every one

I need your help and advice.


You have to send specific templates to my clients asking them to fill out the specific info. The problem is that sometimes that forget to fill it completely, or make mistakes.

Is it possible to write a macro that will open up a new window containing name of the information and message boxes that should be filled. When the message boxes are filed, texted entered there will automatically be inserted in the body of the whole text.

For e.g. if I enter name of a person Jon Smith, this name is automatically inserted in the body of the message. (Please view attachment to obtain better understanding what I mean).


Those fields that are marked in yellow should be filled automatically.

Please review my attachment and tell me if performing these procedures are possible.

I'm pretty sure that Word has a Mail Merge Wizard that can take you through this type of process.
