Calling MS Word as a service

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to call MS Word as a service.
I need to use the MS Word's mail merge functionality to merge
data (a text file) produced by a CGI application and a template document.

Every program can be run as service with program called srvany.exe, services can be installed with instsrv.exe
