Linked excel charts in word not displaying complete sheet

Hi there

I couldn't find this before so apologies if it has been asked already. We're currently migrating users from 2003 to 2010 and having all sorts of issues with the compatibility mode... anyway, when trying to copy and paste with a link an excel worksheet, it doesn't seem to be capturing the complete worksheet. Hopefully the image attached will be better at explaining this than me!

If it's not linked, it is fine and captures everything, but always misses the bottom text box if pasted as a link (not a problem with the text box because if I move it up to the middle of the chart it displays).
