Convert fixed width text to table in word. It's not that easy!

I have the following source:

I am trying to convert this fixed width text to columns, but unfortunately I can not find such option in word. I tried to export the file in hmtl and then import it to excel and use the "fixed width" option in excel, but during the transfer some of the formatting is being loss and the columns are not longer in one vertical line.

This table is bugging me for days and any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated!
