    PDF creation problems

    I am using Word 2007 and have the acrobat add-in that allows me to create a .pdf file from a document. When I try to convert, though, everywhere that I have hit the return key comes out as an "!" in the .pdf. Does anyone have any idea why this might be and how I can fix it. I appreciate any help I can get.

    Is it the acrobat addin or the Excel2007 addin?
