Hi, I finally created my first mail merge successfully! yahoo :-)

Now I want to send the datafile and the word document with the mailmerge setup to a co-worker in another state. Can I edit the word document settings so that instead of specifically looking on MY desktop for the excel datafile it will just look in the same folder as the word document? My buddy is a great guy but he quit learning about computers activily right around window 3.1. So, since we run the same reports but on different offices my mail merge will work for him. But, I want to make it as close to automatic as possible.
