Table in Footer and Page Border Adjusting Problem

    Dear All Experts,

I hope you are doing good.

I am using pge border on page and table in footer. So in the border we have two lines (one of table or other one page border). I tried to uncheck surround footer option and tried to use Table line but it was creating more prblems. Then I reduced font size to 1 and used page border line as table line (Page 2&3). It worked but on screen we can feel that there is a gape between border line and table. Another option I used to remove border line of page border (see page 5) and used table bottm line (font size redused to 1).

I just want to know from experts that are there any best solutions to use border around footer having table in it.

    Waiting for the response.

I have attached file for ready reference.

    thanks in advance

Re: Table in Footer and Page Border Adjusting Problem

Instead of using a page border, you could:
    • Insert a borderless textbox the slightly larger than size of your border, plus the table height, into the page header and set it's positioning to centred vertically & horizontally on the page, with text wrapping set to 'behind text'; and
    • Add another row to the top of the table and make that row high enough to fit the text boundary (i.e. act as the page border), then cut & paste the table into the aforementioned textbox.
That way, the table provides both the page border and it's own borders without any gaps.
    Cheers,
