1. Select a cell in the sheet.
2. Select Home -> Formulas -> Use in Formulas (in Named Cells Group) -> Paste.
Or
Press F3, and click Paste List.
3. Check the list, and identify any defined Names you want to delete.
Select Home -> Formulas -> Name Manager (in Named Cells Group).
Or
Press Ctrl+F3.
4. Select one Name or more (use Shift or Ctrl keys), and click Delete.
1. Select Data -> Edit Links to Files (in Manage Connections Group).
2. Select the source workbook whose links you want to delete, and then click Break Link.
Or
3. Press Ctrl+F.
4. In the Find box, type the square bracket ( [ ) symbol (every externally linked formula has a square bracket).
5. Start the search, and delete any unwanted formulas (carefully!).
