    UDF is not required when ARRAY function is used.
    This array function takes only 0.81 secs for 834 rows.
    =INDEX($B:$B,SMALL(IF($A$1:$A$2500=$F$1,ROW($A$1:$A$2500),""),ROW($A1)))
