...nobody reps you, even when you think you've produced some really nice work?!
Yeah, attention seeking, poor thread title, the works. Got it off my chest now. Onwards and upwards...!

Yup....but then every once in while I get reps for just being there, even when someone else came up with the right/better/faster answer...but then I remind myself, I'm not here for rep points...mostly(stolen from Aliens)

Nothing drives me crazy - I'm always close enough to walk....

But a little acknowledgement goes a long way.
thanks....and yes, it does....there are some people out there that when I see they are working on that post, I move on....I know they have it handled....

I think we have all been there. You put lots of time into putting something together for some-one, and not even a thanks. My rep will be stationary for a few days/week, then climb a bit, then get stuck again.
As you said though, even though we are not here for the kudo's, a littel thanks goes a long way

Here's one that bugs me...
An OP posts a question and gets several replies (4 or 5). One of the replies doesn't quite work correctly but all the other replies do (although they may all be slightly different from one and another).
The OP "locks in" to the reply that doesn't quite work and asks that poster for further help while "ignoring" all the other replies that solve the problem!

That's illogical.
They didn't call me Spock because of my looks.![]()
