ms on line help

i just noticed ,maybe because i rarely use it that the help button in excel points more often than not points to this forum as the first choice when help on line is used,kudos or what?

LoL, almost every time I click the On Line Help I get a reply back saying something like: "Help for your problem can not be found" along with (maybe) "you are beyond helping, have a bad day!"
