VBA REQUEST or VOTE ????

I hope i am not breaking a forum rule here by doing this, but I would like to make a request. . . I am still learning VBA, but I started realizing most of what I have learned so far comes from a detailed Google search linking me to the most beneficial threads in this forum. So here I am, as Excel forum has become my primary search engine for VBA instruction or tutorials.

So I thought it would be a good way for us noobies to learn good habits (and see some really cool tricks along the way) if the admins took requests and voted on a "Group Project" or difficult task to tackle each month. Not to mention how awesome it would be to watch the pros show off their skills with some (initially thought to be) impossible accomplishments with VBA code. As an example, I will go ahead and toss up a request . . I would really like to see the admins do something with those adobe pdf references and piece together VBA code that will convert pdf to excel, or even some text recognition? Or maybe more simplistic projects that can be drastically enhanced with more efficient tricks or methods like. . . a simple web automation, workbook/worksheet search and maybe even categories to vote on, such as, most useful, most innovative ?

I dont know if this would even be something anyone else would be interested in, but I think it would be pretty cool and very informative at the same time to watch what the members come up with each month. Any thoughts or possibility of this happening????
