    how did you do that?

    in Jerry's july competition entry there are loads of screen shots how do you add them to your posts? there should be a prize just for that!

    Click the image icon in the reply box (just to the left of the film strip icon). You can/should be able to get image from a URL (as Jerry did) or your from a file on your computer.
    Where there is a will there are many ways.

    well if I type [IMG] then paste a url for an image, then type [/IMG]... it seems to work... maybe that image button isn't working as it should?

    Not all images I have tried to display using the IMG /IMG tags work. Trial and error. I sometimes put the pics on my site to solve that.

    Loading an attachment and inserting it as a picture was an option before the downgrading.
    It seems to have been disappeared.

    THe problem with this workaround is I believe the forum will limit you on the number of attachments in a single post. If your pics are located elsewhere, though, you can ref them as many as you need.

    Uploaded the image, got it's url i.e http://www.excelforum.com/attachment...hmentid=167176 then stuck it inbetween the img tags

    Where did you get the URL of the attachment?

    Are you using the Enhanced ATtachment uploader?
