    Additional Functionality

I'm relatively new, so please go easy on me if this can already be accomplished or if there is a logical reason why it is the way it is. Firstly, I would like a way to sort or search posts with zero replies in descending date order. Since the goal is to provide help, it would be nice to see who hasn't received a response. Sometimes when many posts come in in a relatively short time period or posts are updated, a new question can get pushed down the list pretty quickly. Secondly, I find the marking of posts "Solved" to be very cumbersome and not very clear to new users. Would it not be better to store it as it's own data element (boolean) and have a button to mark solved or not? This could then prefix the title with "Solved" if that is very important. Just some thoughts that I had. Please don't unleash the wrath.

    Re: Additional Functionality

If you choose a particular forum - for e.g. excel programming, at the bottom of the page, you will see an option - Thread Display Options. You can choose whatever options you want - since you want posts with 0 replies, you can choose Sort Threads by as "Number of Replies" and choose Ascending order, so the 0s will come up first. Choose the other options accordingly.
    Hope this helps.
If I have helped, Don't forget to add to my reputation (click on the star below the post)
Don't forget to mark threads as "Solved" (Thread Tools->Mark thread as Solved)

Perfect. I had not noticed that before. Thank you.
