The message about navigating away from the page seems to have gone to some extent.
However it has been replaced with
If anybody can post twice within 30secs on this forum I'd be very surprised.This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 15 seconds.
Why does the Forum want to post twice, it's certainly not me?
