These are my suggestions at conversation starters for this week's OT thread, but feel free to post anything that comes to mind and that you don't want to put in a new thread.

I've learned that children's wish lists are only valid for a short time. As soon as they've unpacked the present that was on their wish list, they start moaning about why they didn't get what the other sibling got.

Ahh, well .....

Best thing I received this Christmas was the remastered Beatles **'s. I can't think of one that I don't like although in the coming weeks, the alarm clock that launches a spinning propeller that must be returned to the clock in order for the alarm to be turned off, might move to that catagory.
