Attachment to Forum post Not Uploading

Hi all, Newbie here. Been a while since I posted. I have been trying to submit a post with an attachment, but keep getting "upload of file failed. It is a zipped up Excel workbook that is just under 4 MB. Any reason why this would fail? It has a zip extension.

    Thanks, tdsg

    Re: Attachment Not Uploading

That's way too big, anyway - you really shouldn't have to attach a file that big.

A SAMPLE file is a cut-down version: 10-20 rows of data that show the issue realistically (data desensitised).

    Re: Attachment Not Uploading

Hi, Okay thank you AliGW. Thought that was the issue. Unfortunately the nature of my problem and question that I want to ask may not allow a reduction in size. I'll try though. Appreciate!

Re: Attachment to Forum post Not Uploading

Aside from the advisability of providing a filet that size, the forum is supposed to be able to handle a zip file up to 9.77 MB so this may indicate some tech issue in the forum.

Yep, i thought I read that a zip could be bigger than what mine was. I made the data smaller and posted it along with a request for help in another post. Thanks..
