Are we allowed to ask... Is there a tablet that can run excel macros?

I am doing some design work in Excel and have created a data input file that uses the drop down consolidate functions to populate lists of repeatable activities. However, each event requires a separate data entry so I wrote a simple "Add Sheet" macro with a form button to activate it. Ultimately I want the data to be entered in real time, so I am thinking of a tablet application that would run excel vbs. (i.e. macro enabled work book)

Does anyone have experience with using macros on a tablet platform? Any recommendations would be appreciated. It won't be used for any other applications or function so the most bare bones (cheapest) is what I am looking for.

I'm hopeful that someone has tried to do this before me.

Macros definitely don't work on iPads.

Microsoft tablets (Surface etc) ... obviously Excel inly runs under Windows (or Macs) but not Android.
