Ah, OK I hadn't spotted the canned reply.
But on then general point about rules, what's your view on modifying the layout of the rules. Most people don't seem to read them anyway and even if they mosey on over to have a look at them the first visual impression is sort of in your face and could be somewhat daunting putting off any further reading.
How about a 'Contents' list at the top which contains only the title of the rule, with the expanded meaning of each rule shown in its full glory underneath the list?
