Last laptop broke...thank you Acer...need a new one, 5 main spec's below
1 = 10-key key-pad...I do A LOT of work in PPT and especially Excel
2 = durable...job requires a lot of mobility, so it needs to be able to keep up
3 = SSD/hybrid drive
4 = NOT Acer...that was the last one, don't need that headache again
5 = bought from Best Buy...they gave me in-store credit, wouldn't give me a full refund.

Hi,
No doubt everyone has their favourites but I've always stuck with Dell. Current one is an Inspiron 15R bought 3 months ago.
I think it may have been discontinued now although I did hear that they would still build them on request. The latest seems to be Inspiron 17.

Just had a quick check on Dell's site and I don't believe it has a SDD drive, rather a 'normal' HDD.
A search at BestBuy turned up 27 laptops with SSD...
