Broken link or something wrong with button

Didn't know how to better describe the problem but I can't see the second page of this thread no matter what I hit (e.g. 2 or Last).

I put in a test post, deleted it and then it started working. Maybe some indexing issue. Have raised a ticket with the tech team already.

OK. I stand corrected... one problem corrected and another has appeared. Now when I posted to that thread I got this message:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
but I just posted in another thread and didn't get the same message.

The original one was deleted by someone (or the system). Tried to post again, and got the same message again.

And it says moderated post to your 3 posts (2 test and 1 non-test) post on the top right hand side. Weird. Will get it checked.

Re: Broken link or something wrong with button

Your posts are visible now, aint they?

I had to go in to my settings and choose moderated items and i found 7 posts there kept for moderation.

I tried creating a new thread under excel tips and it too showed that message.

Its only happening in that Excel Tips subforum. I will get that checked. Maybe the tech team didnt uncheck some option for that subforum.

Re: Broken link or something wrong with button

This problem, is reported for the umpth time:

    if:
    - your setting is to display threads by bunch of 20
    - a thread contains 21 posts

    then
    - you won't be able to view the second page
    - nor the 21st post

    until
    - somebody adds a new post to the thread.

If in that case you conclude:
    - the problem has been 'solved'

    You are:
    - mistaken

The problem will arise in every other thread containing 21, 41,61, 81, etc. posts.

The same applies to the 'switching' to pages.

Clicking the 'last page' will produce unpredictable results.
This fundamental Database error has also been reported numerous times since the downgrading of this forum on the 8th of december 2011.
Both problems are evidently far beyond the skills of anybody who considers him/herself to be part of the 'technical (?)' team/person.
