You will know this very well, that there are certain issues which need to be addressed right at the time when they occur, like parse errors, database errors, etc. They cant be worked on later as it wont be possible to find the root cause of such an issue. When there are no parse errors cropping up, how do you expect the tech team to find out why that error occurred say 3 hrs ago?

For this same reason, i asked you if the issue recurred at your end. We are not waiting out on these issues to check if they might just vanish automatically. The team is working hard at their end to check into each issue.
