I don't know if anyone else has noticed this or not but when an OP has amended their title, their first post shows the change but the other posts in the thread do not.

If you're happy with someone's help, click that little star at the bottom left of their post to give them Reps.

Hi Mordred
I think that was the case even before the " upgrade"
I have always seen this. Before n after the upgrade.
If I have helped, Don't forget to add to my reputation (click on the star below the post)
Don't forget to mark threads as "Solved" (Thread Tools->Mark thread as Solved)
Use code tags when posting your VBA code:
Your code here
Yes, it has been that way forever. When they edit the thread title, they're actually just editing the title of the first post in the thread. All replies (by themselves or other users) were in response to the previous thread title. Now in a perfect world, nobody would respond to threads with bad titles. AhemCoughHintHintWinkNod.
Is that the local tribe you belong to?AhemCoughHintHintWinkNod
Hi Mordred, when editing the first post this only changes the "Thread title" and as it's also the first post it also takes on that attribute, subsequent posts take on the un edited version of the thread title because thats set in vbulletin settings ( and no it cant be set to take on the new one, your choices are between do a "RE:" of thread title or not), but as you may have seen you are always able to edit the title of your subsequent posts, and as its a choice for everyone they remain unchanged by changing the thread title.
This has always been the case in vbulletin

Interesting. I had noticed it before but was unsure if this was a pre or post "upgrade" issue. Thanks for all of the info on this everyone.
Mordred, can you please mark this solved?
