Simon,
I checked all the browsers and got the tech team to do it also and the icons do appear clearly in our quick reply & go advanced boxes.
Please check again at your end.

Simon,
You are the only user facing this problem. We have checked this at our end and we are able to see the icons clearly. You can check your browser settings or even sync up with our coder through team viewer so we can identify the issue.
The issue is intermittent as right now i see all the icons clearly, if it's just me then don't worry about it (it's probably works firewall settings) i know where everything should be anyway

Thx Simon. Can i mark it as solved?
Sure, like i say it's intermittent and if it's only me then it must be the corporate firewall causing it

@ Simon,
My hypothesis is that it has to do with the version of IE. I'm using IE 7 here at the office. snb has a similar problem with his older version of IE as well. Perhaps a conflict with the javascript syntax for the editor toolbar vs what the older versions of IE will handle?
I don't know what can be done about it by the forum, other than getting the page to recognize the version of IE in use and substitute compatible javascript for that version. Can that be done?
