Seems to work okay for me, though I don't usually view my posts.

ok thanks for having a look. I'll check on another computer/browser. Hopefully intermittent as some of the other issues I've had have been.
The "my posts" was just an example; it's any search result.
It works ok for me as well.
I generally find that, in any search, the count of entries is far higher than are actually present. If I select page 2, the count adjusts.
I suspect that, if you first select page 2 in your search, the count will adjust and you will be able to jump to any subsequent pages.
Just a guess and not tested.

Thanks for the suggestions
Had another go today and found that it seems to actually log me out when I do the page jump which then results in "Sorry no matches".
Still haven't yet had a chance to try it on another machine/browser.
If it still continues to be flaky, report it to a Mod or Admin, who can pass it on to the Tech Team.
Thanks for the rep, by the way.
Pete
When it returns 'no results', does refreshing the browser page make the results appear?
It works for me (Windows 11 + Firefox browser).

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm logged out by that time so refreshing doesn't help.
It's a strange one but does appear to be me rather than general issue.
Nobody else can replicate it.
My fix won't work if you're logged out. When you log in, tick the box to keep yourself logged in and then try again.
Which version of Windows and which browser are you using?
It's easy enough to replicate. Choose Unanswered Threads and select A Year Ago. It should come up with Page 1 of 35 pages. Press the down option for Jump To and enter, say, 33 . . . which, in theory, should be found. It isn't: Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.
If you Page Back and choose Page 2, you"ll see it is now Page 2 of 31.
I hadn't tried it so far back, but yes, it does happen then. I'm going to have to assume that it is something to do with the forum software being old and miscounting the number of threads that can fit onto a page.
We can tell the tech team, but it's unlikely to be fixed, if I'm honest.
What Trevor has described is not the same thing as ByteMarks reported initially.
Pete
I think it is, actually, but hopefully the tech team will deal with it.
Even if you jump to a recent page, e.g. 10 it fails. I have the added bonus of being logged out as well.Choose Unanswered Threads and select A Year Ago.
Have you ticked the box to make sure that you stay logged in?
Ok so "remember me" solves the page 10 issue and the logout problem, so thanks for suggesting that.
Not sure why a search would log you out though.
Because if you have opted NOT to stay logged in, a browser refresh will basically reset the pages, so you need to log in again.
Doesn't happen if I refresh pages manually or follow links to threads etc. I think the search actively logs you out if you're not remembered.
Yes, I think that would be right.
