Run a Slide Show with data from Excel

Hello All, not sure if this is possible or how to set it up.

I have a spreadsheet with data including:
Image Name (title of the jpeg file)
Subject Name (Name of the person in the picture)
Caption (caption for the photo)
Location (where the photo is saved on the computer)

I have a PowerPoint presentation with a picture titled "Photo" and 3 shapes titled "Image Name", "Subject Name" & "Caption"

I would like to have a macro that I can run that will change the "Photo" picture to a photo from my spreadsheet and change the text of the shapes to the appropriate image name, subject name and caption. I would like the photo to change every 30 seconds.

I have attached a copy of my spreadsheet, but when I tried to attach the Power Point slideshow it said invalid file. Sorry.

Any help would be very appreciated.
