Equals opposite of checked value

Can VBA do shorthand opposites:

This will set the enabled property of the label to match the checked state of the radio button. I want the opposite:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

In other languages, it's exclamation:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

What I came up with is this:
