How to Add the attachments to the Emails from attached excel macro file

Dear All,

Could any one of you please help me with the below requirement.

1. I Want macro to add the .pdf files saved in the Path given in sample macro excel file.
(means one .pdf file per email)

I've added a sample file for your reference. Hence, please help me with the above requirement at the earliest.
