column entries to continuous text

Hi all
I have exported data from sql into a csv file, i have then text to columns the information. Now what i need to do is get Column A contents into a continuous line of text with a comma inbetween.
e.g
column A
123456
123457
123458

want this to be turned into
123456,123457,123458

however this can be done is fine function script or anything would be much appreciated
