Outlook 2010: Rewrite VBA Code

Hello Everyone!

I was hoping that an experienced Macro user could help me with this. I have a macro currently (listed below) which will send out a weekly e-mail by the reminder time of a task I have saved to reoccur every Monday. Would it be at all possible to have the macro pull up an email template instead of having me write the body text and subject in the Macro? I'm not sure how to rewrite the code to make the template pull up instead of having the Macro write it for me...Thank You!
