attachements are embedded in body

we use Outlook 2003 to interface with our Pop3 email server.

the emails show fine on the pop3 webmail interface. i have looked at all my settings and they appear to be the same but apparently i am missing something.

when outlook downloads the messages (and these are from different email addresses i just used this one as an example) it looks like the following.
