Linking Cells on different worksheets

I receive pricelist every month which list 1000's of part numbers and costs. I want to be able to paste this pricelist into Worksheet 1 and create a short list (Master sheet) of part numbers and prices, that I use on a regular basis - into worksheet 2.

The problem I have is that the part numbers on the pricelist may change cell position, due to products being added /removed.

I there anyway whereby, I can list the common part numbers I use, into worksheet 2 and with the same part number listed (in whatever cell) within Worksheet 1 have Excel find that same part number and associated pricing.

The headings in the columns are always the same, its just the rows that change.

Being a novice, could I have example formulae for this?

example scenario

I have my list of common part numbers and part costs - in Worksheet 2 (these will be in fixed cell locations on this worksheet)
If in Worksheet 1, I paste the monthly published price list from the supplier, where Part Number 'VCS5-ENT-C123' is in Cell 'C1' and the associated price for this e.g.'£300.00' in Cell 'C5'; what formula would I use to ensure that when'VCS5-ENT-C123' along with the price (which will always be in the same relative position to the part number) changes row number, that the common part numbers and part cost in worksheet 2 will change with it?
