    Print Preview Shortcut Key

    Hi,

I remember it was yesteryear that CTRL+F2 is the shortcut key to print preview. Because I had just reinstalled Office 365, the shortcut key does not work anymore.

    How do I fix it?

    Thank you
    Henry

It's still applicable, but you need to enable the Function key if it's not yet enable.

    To enable the function key:

Having said that, why not just Ctrl+P?

Guess it is just a habit of mine. Plus I don't need to lift off my right hand from the mouse.
