Post Set directional arrows or symbols for the deviation

I would like to create a savings tracker for 2024. I plan to regularly update my actual numbers in columns E to P on a monthly basis.
Additionally, I would like to incorporate directional arrows (Green, Red and Yellow) or symbols next to my actual numbers, indicating the deviation from my monthly target (Column D).
For example, if my actual number surpasses my target, I want it to display a 'Green Up arrow'.
Setting this up may be challenging, and I'm unsure of its feasibility. Your assistance in completing this task would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a sample dataset. Thank you in advance
