Hi,
I have read about custom format in here https://www.ablebits.com/office-addi...number-format/ but still couldn't figure out how to achieve what I want.
I want the cell to display like this:
10 digits = 123.456.7890
11 digits = 123.4567.8901
12 digits = 123.4567.89012
13 digits = 123.45678.90123
Would it be too much? Or I can settle with just the 10 digits.

With custom format it is possible to realize 3 different formats for positive numbers.
Try custom format: [<10000000000]000\.000\.0000;[<100000000000]000\.0000\.0000;000\.0000\.00000;
and add the 4th custom format via condital formatting:
Try CF-rule =A1>999999999999 with custom format 000\.00000\.00000; applies to $A:$A
Ahh.. okok.. the solution is to use 000 as the placeholder.
