Power App formula

I know I'm supposed to include a file and not a screen shot but thought someone will hopefully recognise the error in this formula, I've increased the data set to 2000 double checked the formula just can't see what the error is

Picture makes no sense to me. Suggest you explain what you are trying to do and what your data looks like and what the expected results are. Based on the fact that five days have passed with no response speaks loudly to the fact that there is not enough information. Also, attach a file. Pictures are kind of worthless as they cannot be manipulated.

Shouldn't that be WorkWeekDropdown.SelectedText.Value rather than WorkWeekDropdown.SelectedText.'Work Week'?
