DAX average for Year

Hi,

I've got the answer I want but think there might be a better way I want to calculate the average of units values for a year,

I started by creating an average for the using averageX over the Month Year

and then wrapping this in calculate :

I've then used this a a denominator for a dvision of current Unit value. I there a better way avoiding the need for Calculate
and just feeding the correct table granularity into AVERAGEX in the first place? It just seem odd to use values and then remove them.
