The quantities in column E are all left aligned which indicates they are being seen as Text values not numeric values. I don't know if your formulae will work but that certainly won't help.
I'm using an iPad at the moment so I can't test very much.

your Input Date whole column is 20/11/2022 but your criteria in P4 is 21/11/2022
I changed whole Input Date to 21/11/2022 and got the result
Input Date was fixed to 20/11/2022 but if TODAY() will change to next day formula will not work, I mean it works but result is 0
Criteria1 Criteria2 Criteria3 Qty sum Computer Stands & Carts 11 21/11/2022 27Laptop & Charging Cabinets 11 21/11/2022 4

If you convert the quantity column to numbers, the formulae "could" work. It's just that they don't match many of the conditions.
You don't really need to convert the search values into wild cards ... and that "might" be confusing the issue.
And, as Sandy has said, your date values are fixed but the date search value is volatile (=TODAY()).
as you have 365, you could use the new functions
