Finding and highlighting a row based on multiple cell values

Hello everyone,

I registered because of this and I would like to ask you for help, because I am approaching hopelessness.

Explanation of what I am trying to do:
In a CSV that contains a BOM of a certain product, there is a column called "State" containing a value, which describes whether the part (or an assembly) is serialized, or is obsolete. State '50' stands for a serialized part and state '80' stands for an obsolete part. Long story short - I would like to find a part, or an assembly that has a state of '80' and highlight a row containing a sub-assembly, which is one level higher than that.

So for clarity, this is a simplified BOM:

That way we would be able to back-check whether our assemblies do not accidentally contain obsolete parts, and if they do, this feature could help me tell which exact sub-assemblies are the problematic ones.
