Using Excel on office 365, the sheet tabs are being cut off half way by a second horizontal scroll bar?
Any ideas?

No - can you show us what you mean?
Have you frozen panes or split the screen?
Which 'business' version of Excel do you have? Please update your profile.

Apologies if the quality is poor
As you can see there are two horizontal scroll bars, one of which is blocking the tab names
Please update your profile with your version of Excel - 'business' is too vague.
I cannot see anything in the images - they are far too small. Attach the workbook itse;f, or a desensitised copy of it that shows the issue.
Does your colleague have any add-ins installed? Did you check freeze panes and split scree settings, as I suggested before?
The sheet is fine on the desktop version hence not attaching it.
No addins etc installed as its a fresh laptop etc

Is this clearer. There's nothing else selected such as freeze panes etc
The sheet is fine on my laptop for example. but not hers

If it's specific to the machine, then it rather suggests that she has an add-in that is the cause. She'll need to disable these in turn to see if any of them is causing the problem. That's your next step.
