Does anyone know how to force Excel 2016, running on 32 bit Windows 10, to only open in primary monitor of dual monitor system?

Windows will always remember the last monitor an application was on when it was closed (not maximized), so open Excel, set it up on monitor 1, make sure it is not maximized, then close it. Now it will open on that monitor from now on.
