Please, can anyone help?

I produce a Corel Draw 12 .cdr file of my company's floor plan - there is a CCTV system in our building that staff can access to see what activity is going on... however we move equipment around and keep changing which camera is looking at its new location... there is no logic to the camera numbers and they can not be changed to always be associated with one piece of equipment.

The floor plan is cluttered enough without labeling each piece of equipment with the camera looking at it and the DVR and track number to review recorded tracks.

I want to know how to make the .cdr file (or import it to excel or word 2007 which would be easier as not all staff have Corel Draw on their computers) to show this data when you roll a mouse pointer over it.
