Intro
I am a self taught :-), HRIS Analyst. I have been in this field for almost 7 years and although I am not an IT person, I do utilize excel for various reports that I create or edit. There are alot of "short cuts" I am not familiar with that would make my job and the individuals I am creating information for, much easier.
