Master file updating from other program

    Hello,

I have an Excel file that is bringing in 'Live' values from 3 other source programs. These programs give my Excel file values based on a motor amperage draw. I would like to update corresponding COLUMNS for each motor in Excel when the value goes out of range (ie. Over 1000 or goes to 0). I'd really like to put a time stamp for each entry when it happens, too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
