Still learning.....

Hi All

I started a new job as a performance analyst about 6 months ago and although I have used excel for a long time I've never before had to get into any complicated formulae. However I'm now having to work out things like time lapses and averages so I've found the forum extremely useful and informative. I've learnt so much in this short time.

To those experienced and knowledgable amongst you, this will all be pretty basic stuff, but for those of us who have a lot to learn it seems a bit daunting.

Thanks to all who have provided answers for me so far. I look forward to 'borrowing' you knowledge more in the future.
