    Hello everyone! and help plsss

    Hi,

I found this site very helpful but there are so many posts that I got confused about.

I need help with a formula i'm trying to figure out.

I have two columns. What I want to find is for the formula to look up for a value then look at its matching cell then output.

    ex:
    chose
    groups --------------- OUTPUT-------
    a B Group 1 group 2 group 3 group 4
    1 1 1 1 0 1
    4 1 0 0 0 2
    4 2 0 0 0 0
    2 1 0 0 0 0
    6 1 0 0 0 0

I hope my explanation is not confusing,
