Trying to remember...

Hi. I actually used to train people in using Excel, back with Excel 2000. But i have been out of the ICT training industry for a few years, and have become rusty, and have started to forget some of the vba skills in particular that used to be at my fingertips. Also I have failed to keep up to date with advanced software changes, even though I am currently using Excel 2010. So, I am hoping to use the forum to jog my memory a bit. If I find stuff coming back to me, then I will try and place answers to others' queries, but in the early days, I'm likely to be just searching and jogging my memory. I have a memory like a... like a... what do you call those things you use to sift flour with?
