Just a quick intro, I have been using Excl for as long as I can remember, in recent years I have had to do battle with solutions involving production of user friendly spreadsheet reports that pull data from underlying datasbases at the click of a button using SQL, including SQL embedded in VBA. I have a formal programming background but have not been within IT for many years. It is only in recent years due to pressure on IT departments that I have started to get back into the darkside of making MS Office do sophisticated things. I would rate myself as an Advanced user of MS Excel rather than a competent programmer, but I am learning... I certainly know the answer to some of MS Excel's more frustrating tendencies from a user perspective and will help where I can.
