I put a formula in cell J3 to look at data in cell A3. If cell A3 is blank then leave cell J3 blank. If cell A3 is not blank, put the data in cell A3 in J3.

This is the formula I used:
=IF(A3="";"";VLOOKUP($A3,EXCEL_ACP,11,FALSE)
