Interested in Learning Excel

Hello Everyone my name is Robert. I've dabbled with Excel for the past 2 years and I know just enough to be dangerous, but now I'm wanting to be proficient
Currently I'm working on a form that uses Group Boxes/Radio Option Buttons on multiple Rows/Columns for completing a (Yes or No) form. The problem I'm having is that I'm several pages into the document and now the option buttons aren't functioning independently; for instance when you make a choice in Group Box 1- (2 Option Buttons (in Column 243/ R3-R7) ) the next Group Box 2- (2 Option Buttons (in Column 243/ R15-R25) ) deselect. Its driving me crazy!! If possible can anyone assist!
